INTRODUCTION

Akademi Saga is a training centre established in July 1991 by Edaran Otomobil Nasional Berhad with aim to continuously develop new training strategies and improve after-sales multi-brand technical training.

With more than 17 years in providing professional technical training for internal after-sales employees, Akademi Saga's long term objective now is to extend its professionalism and training to lead the change of image of motor servicing to a better level and play a major role in the realization of the country's vision.

Akademi Saga now offers programs that can be completed in as little as a year, and provides opportunities through the manufacturer-specific advanced training with Proton, Mitsubishi, Hyundai, Inokom, Suzuki, and TATA.

To fulfill this, we:

• Comitted to providing the most effective training tools and techniques available
• Provide training support in troubleshooting, consultation and referral services.
• identify technological changes and applicatinos to enhance training development.
• Support training efforts by delivering on-site training, and delivering 'Train-the-Trainer Sessions'
• Collaborate with organizations to develop custom training programs to meet training needs & expectations.

Akademi Saga trains skilled and unskilled individuals with marketable skills to strenghthen their personal and professional performance.

At Akademi Saga, you will learn by using the same state-of-the-art equipment used by Proton, Mitsubishi, TATA, Inokom, Suzuki & Hyundai. Students don't just change the parts, they used factory procedures to properly diagnose the problem and "fix it right the first time".
